We had been trying to recruit a role ourselves for the best part of a year, with no joy – we had Beyond the Book recommended to us by a friend in the industry so decided to seek their help filling the role. There’s always a little bit of apprehension using a new company to fill a crucial role and with us being a small agency making sure we get the right person is quite a daunting prospect, but from the get-go BTB have been brilliant. We felt Anna really took the time to understand us, our culture and work and importantly listened to everything we were after whilst offering us advice us on certain aspects of the role and job description. Her knowledge of the industry landscape really helped shape the job description and manage our expectations. We had a good range, and amount of candidates shared with us swiftly, not too many that it’s overwhelming but a good amount of choice and within a week we were interviewing. Again Anna always made time for a chat, the decision making process was quite tough so her input and knowledge was crucial. We’re really excited to have our new Project Manager starting next month and we’ve been thoroughly impressed with BTB and look forward to having them help us with future roles.

Michelle was smart dedicated and happy to help me whenever I had problems in my job search. I approached Michelle through LinkedIn when I found my current position wasn’t fulfilling enough. She was eager to help and within 24 hours gave me a number of different jobs that were available in my specialist field. Although these didn’t pan out she consistently sent me new available positions and I now have a new position with my requested salary in my chosen field.
